Its high shaft gives you plenty of freedom of movement for intuitive steps in difficult terrain despite sufficient support thanks to good flexibility in the kink zone. Where necessary, the upper material, the long climbing lacing, and the strong sole structure give you a lot of support, especially for climbing, when standing on the tip of the foot, and with semi-automatic crampons on snow and ice.</p><p>A highlight of the Manta Tech GTX is, besides the outstanding Vibram® Pentax Precision XT alpine sole, its two-zone lacing, whose eyelets in the lower part are equipped with especially low-friction inserts for ease of movement.</p>
