<p>The Maestrale XT touring boot is Scarpa’s Ski Touring Boot and delivers the best downhill performance in the manufacturer’s line-up. It combines numerous details that save you unnecessary weight on the one hand and provide the best possible power transmission for the descent on the other.</p><p>Its construction combines Grilamid® and carbon in the central part of the shell. At the same time, lightweight Pebax® is built into the front of the shaft, which improves comfort when putting the boot on and taking it off, but does not compromise on stability.</p><p>Three buckles made of a unique magnesium alloy guarantee optimal hold so that you can tackle steep slopes with confidence. If you ski without a ski stopper, an eyelet on the lower attachment mechanism allows you to install safety straps. This means that in the event of a fall, the ski will not disappear into thin air and you can continue your ride.</p><p>Nevertheless, the Maestrale XT is a touring ski boot and scores excellent walking comfort with a shaft rotation of 56°. Other highlights include the Recco® reflector integrated into the Booster™ Power Strap, the Zeppa XT ramp for a 2° forward foot position and the ski/walk mechanism that is very easy to operate even with gloves on.</p>
